House of Mont Enterprises
House of Mont Enterprises · Print & Play
One Interviewer, two teams, five event decks and a stack of vacancies. The Interviewer alone decides who gets the job — there is no panel and no vote. Print the cards below, cut along the borders and open recruitment.
Roles
Head of Recruitment at House of Mont Enterprises for the whole game. Reads vacancies, plays event cards, keeps time and decides who gets the job.
One nominee from each team. They answer the same three questions while surviving identical numbers of event cards.
No votes, no committee. They are pulled in as references, crisis actors and ethics witnesses whenever the Interviewer needs them.
Tokens
Three per candidate per round. Lose one for breaking character, refusing a card or violating a Curveball. Lose all three and the opposing team wins the round outright.
One per round won. First to three tokens wins a short game; first to five wins a full game.
Decision
| Criterion | Ask yourself |
|---|---|
| Stayed in character | Did they answer as the candidate, not the player? |
| Handled the event | Did they address the active card instead of ignoring it? |
| Met the constraint | If a Curveball is live, did they obey it? |
| Convincing hire | Would you actually give them this job? |
The golden rule: hire the person you would genuinely employ. Comedy only wins when it is convincing. The decision is final and needs no explanation.
